Our hypoallergenic, preservative free, high potency, multiple vitamin and mineral supplement has been specifically designed to support nutritional needs and health factors that are important for women. Unique in our formulation is a higher amount of folic acid, Betatene® (includes 6 natural carotenoids), and calcium and magnesium citrate – malate. We have selected premium forms of our nutrients to ensure maximal absorption and effect. Our multiple contains no artificial colorings or flavorings, sucrose, glucose, starch, lactose, salt, corn, wheat, soy or milk derivatives.*

  • This is an Iron-free multivitamin because not all women need to take iron.  Iron can add pro-oxidative stress if it’s in excess, so we left it out
  • Bioflavonoids offer extra connective tissue and uterine tissue support

Vitamin A(as retinyl palmitate) with Pro Vitamin A(as natural mixed carotenoids, Vitamin C(as calcium ascorbate, buffered), Vitamin D2(as ergocalciferol), Vitamin E(as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate), Vitamin K(as phylloquinone), Thiamin(as Vitamin B1, thiamin HCI), Riboflavin(as Vitamin B2, riboflavin-5-phosphate, riboflavin), Vitamin B3(as inositol hexaniacinate), Vitamin B6(as pyridoxine HCI), Folate(as L-5 Methylfolate), Vitamin B12(as methylcobalamin), Biotin, Pantothenic acid(as Vitamin B5, d-cal pantthenate), Calcium(as citrate, malate and ascorbate), Iodine(from kelp), Magnesium(as citrate, malate), Zinc(as picolinate), Selenium(as L-selenomethionine), Copper(as aspartate), Manganese(as citrate), Chromium(as polynicotinate), Potassium(as citrate), Bioflavonoids(from citrus), Rosehips-Rosa L spp(fruit), Rutin, Hesperidin, Boron(as citrate), Silica, vegetarian capsule(cellulose and water).

(To be taken with meals.) Age 12 and older: 1-2 capsules daily complement a balanced diet and lifestyle; 3-4 capsules daily provide well-balanced maintenance and a therapeutic level of supplementation. Also suitable for men.

Women’s Symmetry® contains Vitamin K, which interferes with the prescription drugs Coumadin and Warfarin. Do not take Women’s Symmetry® if taking either of these drugs.
